Insurance & Billing

Our office is pleased to process participating network insurance claims—we will make every effort to ensure you receive the maximum benefits available to you under your individual insurance policy.

With countless insurance companies and constant changes in both dental and medical policies, verifying exact benefits has become quite challenging.  Any pending treatment through referring offices may affect actual benefits available. Although we do our best to offer an accurate out-of-pocket estimate, it is based on the insurance information we are provided. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact coverage or whether a claim will be paid; ultimately it is determined by your insurance.

Be in the know!  Kindly read, review and know your benefit policy information for your dental and/or medical coverage. Understand your insurance policy is a contract between you and/or your employer and the insurance company.

Claims for oral surgery may be processed under dental and/or medical insurance. The type of insurance coverage is determined (dental or medical) by the physicians’ diagnosis and by the type of procedure or treatment to be performed.

Please note: some “in office” procedures may require the necessity of processing pathology samples with an outside lab, with sample pick-up and facility processing. Charges will likely be processed through your insurance payer and may result in direct charges from the facility itself.

Payment for treatment is due on the day of service, including all fees, insurance deductibles, and co-pays, regardless of your insurance coverage. We accept a variety of options for payment including: cash, credit/debit cards, CareCredit, and money orders. However, we regret to inform you we do not accept personal checks.
